About this Bake
A vanilla Victoria sponge, with pink and blue sponges. Filled with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream. Covered in blue icing, pink drips and lots of sweets and lollies by the request of the lovely little birthday girl.
Top tip
Chill your cake well before covering with your final coat of icing. It helps when you are smoothing it down.
