About this Bake
This was my first attempt at a novelty cake. I made this for my mother-in-laws retirement party. The cake is vanilla sponge with madagasgan vanilla bean buttercream, the wool balls are made from rkt.
Top tip
Make your wool balls out of Rkt to make them lighter and glaze your basket to enhance the effect.
