About this Bake
It was delicious and all the layers were moist and fluffy and equally sized. All the colours came out beautifully despite half of them looking golden brown, like normal cakes, when they had finished baking.
Top tip
Have everything prepared ahead for a four-layered coloured cake and have a backup for everything because anything can go wrong.
