About this Bake
My 7-year-old daughter is wild about ballet and dinosaurs, so this was her requested birthday cake! It was a chocolate cake, hand-moulded with the buttercream/cake moulding paste and fondant. It’s pictured in situ at her birthday picnic.
Top tip
Combine leftover cake and buttercream in a food processor for a brilliant edible sculpting paste.
