About this Bake

This cake was made for my daughter's boyfriend who is a big Star Wars fan. It's a chocolate sponge with a chocolate and hazelnut filling and a chocolate and hazelnut buttercream. We thought it was so cute that we didn't want to cut it.

Top tip

Use a half sphere tin for the head and solid supports for the construction.
