About this Bake
Filled with mascarpone cream (egg yolk, sugar and mascarpone) mixed with whipped cream. Dripped mirror glaze adorned with blackberries, blueberries and rosemary.
Top tip
Put the cake in the fridge for half an hour at least before pouring the mirror glaze.
