About this Bake
I made these from the new 'A Bake for All Seasons' book. These biscuits are Paul’s Technical Challenge from Biscuit Week. They are relatively easy to make and don't take too long. They are also delicious!
Top tip
Make sure to make all the biscuits the exact same size and thickness. Make the pattern consistent. Don't put too much jam in the middle.
