When out of the steamer it smelled absolutely lovely, but like I said, with a little more milk it would have been perfect. Taste is amazing! My first attempt at an steamed pudding ever, and will certainly make steamed puddings again.
Top tip
Take your time whilst mixing the ingregients. I went to quickly and have to be honest, I should have added a little more milk to the dough.
