About this Bake
This chocolate orange and pistachio loaf cake has a brownie-like texture with just enough orange flavour to give a lift of richness to the cocoa and an added slightly salty crunch from the pistachios.
Top tip
If you find your bake is taking longer in the oven to cook, place an aluminium foil tent over it so that the top doesn’t burn but is still able to bake properly all the way through.
