About this Bake
I wanted to make a Halloween-themed cake for my friends, and, with this being my first time using icing and colouring gels, I wanted to go for something simple, so I imagined what Dr Frankenstein would have created if he were a mad baker.
Top tip
Take extra care when rolling out the icing for the cake. Rush it and you can easily end up tearing it when placing atop the cake.
