About this Bake
I baked this for my sister's birthday. Six layers baked individually and the levelled to size, before piping the whole cake with vanilla butter cream, serving with fresh rasberries from the garden. It was a surprise - she had no idea it was a rainbow cake until she cut it!
Top tip
To get strong, vibrant colours, use a colouring paste.
