About this Bake

I have always wanted to try a chocolate babka. I used an instant yeast, dark chocolate (60% cocoa) and let the dough rest overnight. This is a simple bake for even a beginner baker.

Top tip

Roll the dough out thinly and roll it up tightly to get plenty of swirls.
