About this Bake
I followed Mary Berry's lemon tart recipe. I am happy about the way it turned out. I liked GBBO so much that I decided to try all the technical recipes in GBBO. Here is one of them.
Top tip
Sieve the mixture to avoid lemon zest lumps. For a blind bake, push the dough into the corners of the tart shell, otherwise the corners will be thick.
