About this Bake
I made these for a friend when she moved into her new house. They are simply vanilla sponges with vanilla buttercream. The letters are made from fondant, hardened with tylose powder, I then cut the letters out using 'Tappits'.
Top tip
The buttercream for piping grass should be fairly stiff, so it can hold its shape.
