About this Bake
This cake was my 3-year-old granddaughter's birthday cake. I wanted it to be OK for her to eat and not full of sugar, also my son is vegan so I decided to make the cake so he could eat it too! It's a vanilla sponge with meringue kisses. Everyone enjoyed it and it all got eaten!
Top tip
I try to be as organised as possible, that way making cakes is really enjoyable.
