About this Bake
My son loves fire trucks so requested a fire truck cake for his 2nd birthday. The chocolate cake was made in a 9x13” pan, cut, stacked with cookie dough frosting and covered in vanilla Italian meringue buttercream before being covered in fondant.
Top tip
Pre-make marshmallow fondant or use pre-purchased to save assembly time. Also, making a layout ahead of time helps plan fondant decorations.
