About this Bake
I did this for my mum's birthday. White icing is used to cover the individual cakes and I painted the design onto rice paper using icing pens and colouring, then stuck it on the cake with thin icing and assembled using rods and hoped it wouldn't fall apart.
Top tip
Icing pens are great and well worth using if you're not good at piping.
