About this Bake
This is a strawberry crunch macaron with a strawberry cake filling and a strawberry crunch coating. The filling is a strawberry cake (including the ermine buttercream) blended with heavy cream so I could pipe it into the centre of the macaron.
Top tip
Make sure to let your macarons rest for long enough.
