For most of my life, I was too scared to attempt croissants. Paul Hollywood made it look like even I can do it. Cheers, Paul!

Top tip

Cold flour, cold bowl and ice-cold butter. Roll the dough from the centre out, not back and forth like an iron, to maintain even lamination.
