About this Bake
My 11-year-old granddaughter Molly loves pepperoni pizza. She decided to trick everyone into thinking her bake was a pizza. It is a sponge cake, filled with raspberry jam and decorated with liquorice, jelly sweets and marzipan, painted with food colouring and browned with a creme brûlée torch.
Top tip
Use a creme brûlée torch to brown the marzipan.
