About this Bake
Sponge cake with vanilla buttercream and homemade strawberry jam for meeting my 6 week old cousin for the first time. It involves fondant and rice crispie treat work and has piping in royal icing.
Top tip
When using rice crispie teats use hot out of saucepan for the best form to mould from.
