Chocolate fudge later cake made with chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream, chocolate covered strawberries to decorate and homemade chocolate designs and cutouts as decoration. I'm 16 and the biggest fan of the Great British Bake Off Ever!
Top tip
Make everything home-made instead of shop bought, it looks more authentic and professional also make sure to temperate the chocolate to the right temperature for a glossy finish
