About this Bake
Using Paul Hollywood’s recipe, I attempted my first ever babka and my second ever bread bake! It took me a whole afternoon, but it was worth it in the end.
Top tip
Plan ahead for any bread baking as it takes a long time, especially when you don’t have a proving draw!
