About this Bake
This is a lemon and chocolate layered Victoria sponge cake. The filling is lemon curd between the top and middle layers and chocolate buttercream between the middle and bottom layers. The icing is lemon crème fraîche buttercream with chocolate ganache on the top and an upside-down drip.
