About this Bake

A simple Swiss Roll with raspberry jam and covered in a thick layer of sugar! And extra jam for luck!

Top tip

Make a slight indent at the end of the sponge in which you wish to roll. Make sure you have the sponge on a sheet of grease proof paper then roll the sponge slightly, pull the paper out from within slightly and so on.
