A cheeky show off bake. Many people view Truffles as expensive and posh, retailing at an average of £5 for a box. However, what they do not know is they are surprisingly simple to make and taste just as scrummy!
Top tip
Place the already-set chocolate ganache balls in the freezer for 10-20mins before decorating. This makes them firmer and therefore easier to plant on a stick and coat with chocolate.
