About this Bake
I'm a Geography Teacher and my school had a version of the Bake Off in aid of CLDF. I chose to do a geographically themed bake to show the layers of the Earth. My classes thoroughly enjoyed my test bakes, which paid off when I won!
Top tip
As soon as a cake has cooled down, the cooking process stops completely. Even if you put it back in the oven if won't go dry!
