About this Bake
The cake itself is a vanilla pound cake: great taste + a strong/firm enough to hold up the decor without weighing down. Royal icing cut and shaped to form a doctor's white coat, stethoscope and name badge. Well worth the effort for my sister finally becoming a Doctor!
Top tip
Take your time when decorating; take breaks and enjoy the process. It'll be well worth it!
