About this Bake
This is a three tier whiskey fruit cake with marzipan and fondant icing. I had two of these.The one pictured and One brandy in black and white with chequered ribbon and two cat police officers on top. We are both police officers.
Top tip
For a really moist fruit cake soak the fruit for a few days in an airtight container in the alcohol of your choice.
