About this Bake
The bottom tier was fruit, middle tier was chocolate and the top tier was lemon. The brides comments of this cake was the best she'd ever tasted!!
Top tip
When making sugar flowers use veg fat instead of icing sugar or cornflower. The flower paste is more pliable and less likely to crack and break.
