About this Bake
Sphere cake, features added in fondant before covered with the final layer of fondant. Detail from fondant added afterwards. A bit fiddly, but not too hard!
Top tip
If you're making 'Smartie' cookies, put the Smarties in the freezer for an hour before baking. They keep their colour and don't crack.
