About this Bake
I made this cake for a friend of mine who loves anything to do with the weather! Being from Scotland, I made sure it was sunny - sorry England!! I used metallic edible paint to draw on some waves too :)
Top tip
Find a map of Britain (or whatever country you want for your cake) and trace it (roughly) onto greaseproof paper - I traced mine off my computer screen! Cut out your stencil and use this as a guide for cutting/shaping your fondant.
