About this Bake
My friend's nephew received a Canon 400D for his birthday, and she asked me to create a 'camera cake' for the family celebration. It was a chocolate cake with chocolate Italian meringue buttercream, covered in fondant. I made the lens, viewfinder & display screen from Isomalt for extra effect!
Top tip
Put any scraped out vanilla pods in a tub of caster sugar for homemade fragrant vanilla sugar.
