About this Bake
This is a four tier chocolate ganache cake decorated to look like the Jurassic World island rising out of the ocean. It's populated with my favourite marzipan dinosaurs fleeing an erupting volcano! This is actually my first cake and I'm happy (and surprised!) to say it turned out decently!
Top tip
A sprinkling of popping candy and some chunks of course-cut apricot jam mixed into the volcano lava icing gives it a zingy kick!
