About this Bake
As part of a food tech class we were studying breakfast from around the world. We had a free-cook were we had to create a breakfast of our choice that contained healthy ingredients. I chose Paul Hollywood's Blueberry muffins and they turned out great!
Top tip
Leave the muffin mix in the fridge overnight as I found it created lighter and fluffier muffins!
