About this Bake
The Vacherin is a french dessert made from three layers of meringue and cream with raspberries and chocolate.
Use edible rice paper to line the tin instead of baking parchment because it was difficult to remove the parchment. Don't be afraid to leave the méringue in the oven for longer than stipulated until the base is completely hard to the touch.
