About this Bake

This was Paul Hollywood's recipe. It was my first attempt! It came out great with no soggy bottom! I used lots of egg wash and reapplied to get a nice brown crust.

Top tip

I used a water glass wrapped in plastic wrap for my mould. I used a funnel when putting boiling water inside the glass to remove the set dough. This way I avoided splashing the dough with water and having to set dough more than once.
