Make two circular chocolate sponge cakes sandwiched with chocolate buttercream. Cover with white fondant icing, decorate and construct your ship.
Top tip
Build your nacelle components (the engine of the ship) from icing a week prior to baking the cake to allow them to harden so that you can construct the ship later.
