About this Bake
This cake was baked for my son when he was only able to eat six safe ingredients. I had to adapt a number of recipes to make a cake that was delicious, but also safe for him to enjoy. It represented his bearded dragon!
Top tip
Cakes made with love are the best. This cake was very #freefrom - gluten, dairy, egg and soya free. In fact, it was made using rice flour, rapeseed oil, sugar and apples - and was a big success.
