About this Bake
I made this cake for my daughter Jennifer's 7th birthday party. It was woodland themed, with a hedgehog, a bunny, a fairy, a squirrel, toadstools and flowers on a tree stump with a sugar crystal path.
Top tip
Chill the sponge before applying the crumb coat!
