About this Bake
The cake was extra special as it was a red velvet cake with white spots running through in true Minnie Mouse style. I only wish we had a picture of the little girl's face when she saw her cake, it was priceless. It was a team effort though!
Top tip
Nothing is too complicated, just break it down into manageable sections. Find friends who enjoy baking too, you don't mind spending hours decorating if there's a few of you!
