I turned 40 last week and my brother baked this cake for me. He's 29 and has never baked or used fondant icing. I'm a massive fan of Pokemon and I was so chuffed to receive such a thoughtful cake! I't a chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache filling covered in fondant (the Pikachus are toys!).
