About this Bake
This is a meringue roulade inspired by Week 4 of the GBBO. The meringue is flavoured with orange blossom, and the filling is a mix of whipped cream, kiwi and lime curd, as well as fresh peach, raspberries and strawberry.
Top tip
Chop your fresh fruits finely, otherwise the meringue will be difficult to roll.
