About this Bake

This is my interpretation of the technical challenge from week 1 - rather than mint in the buttercream, I used orange blossom water. Because this adds a lot of liquid, I balanced with a bit more sugar.

Top tip

Make sure your buttercream is soft enough to spread, otherwise your fragile sponge will tear apart.
