About this Bake
I baked this for my boyfriend's birthday because he loves cats! The face itself is just a standard victoria sponge cake. The ears are triangles of royal icing, which is also used for the white eyes. The orange is piped, coloured buttercream and the black an icing pen.
Top tip
This is one is all about the piping. Take a lot of time over this and don't let the buttercream get to warm.
