About this Bake
I made this cake for my mum's birthday. It was a recreation of the cakes her dad used to bake for her when she was little. Inside it was a plain sponge filled with sprinkles and it had chocolate cream through it, with salted caramel frosting.
Top tip
Firm up the frosting before filling a roll cake.
