About this Bake

This was my first ever bread-making experience and wanted to start off with a bang. I used a half and half mix of wholemeal and strong white bread flour to create a lovely texture with the little grains from the wholemeal.

Top tip

Roll your strands equally for a more even result and tidier finish. Egg wash before you bake for a super shiny look!
