About this Bake
This is the first loaf of bread I have made (except for the day before when it didn't bake enough). So much better tasting than store bought! I am working through Paul's book to master bread baking!
Top tip
This is my second attempt, as the first one was not baked quite enough! Tomorrow I move on to Cobb Bread!
