About this Bake
This was made for my retirement from the NHS after working for 30 years at the Midlands Centre for Spinal Injuries as the Wheelchair Therapist. It was made by my colleague Susie and was a sponge cake layered with jam with a buttercream coating, decorated with an amazing selection of confectionery.
Top tip
You can never have too much decoration.
