About this Bake

Made with a six egg Victoria sponge recipe divided between three 6" tins. Sweet Tip Raspberry jam and butter icing with a touch of vanilla and lemon. His head and upper arms are Rice Krispie Squares.

Top tip

Stack your cakes, refrigerate or freeze until the butter icing becomes hard and then carve your shape and your definition will be far more precise.
